We first went for a massage on recommendation, then began chatting to Sam regards diet and fitness as she was so fired up about both. I immediately signed up for the Boot camp in the August 2010 bringing not dragging .... my husband Jim with me! We both enjoyed it immensely , me more as I lost 5lbs that week and toned up slightly. Then came the kettle-bell classes twice a week, 6 weeks later and now have drop a dress size and 1 stone. My bones have strengthened which is good news for my doggy knees! Jim has toned up, looking good and less money in the pockets...... but you can't put a price on your health feeling good and having energy. Hurrah for Sam and her motivation and cheerfulness even when I'm cursing her!!

You are a great instructor - when dealing on a one to one and when doing KB class. You always make me go the extra mile which is a killer at the time but you knew I could do and I got great results with that technique. When my confidence was at an all time low you, gently got me going and changed me around. This in my eye is a great attribute in someone.
